The family took a trip up to Genting Highlands for the past couple of days. It was absolutely freezing up there for me, and I was bundled up in at least 3 layers of clothes everyday, although I saw many who were in just t-shirts and shorts. It was rain and mist the whole time, but the skies cleared up one day, and Cheryl and I quickly made our way to the outdoor theme park for turns on the carousel and a host of other kiddie rides because the scary ones were not operating because of the drizzle.
The rest of the time we spent eating and eating, holding little photo competitions between ourselves, taking pictures of the cheesy indoor attractions, while Mum and Dad entertained themselves in the casino...

we went on a Venetian gondola ride...

posed in front of the Eiffel Tower...

and took a reindeer ride that brought us past this baffling sight of the Statue of Liberty atop a Harley...

and the Big Ben...

But the outdoor amusement rides were pretty good fun!
