This is probably the last daytrip we went out on after Bridget left for Sydney with her friends, and with my aunt's family due to return home soon. A quest to visit a final round of car boot sales and art and crafts markets was unrewarded, probably because it was the Christmas weekend. All that endless driving did eventually bring us to a park with a fantastic lookout point for our last impression of the famed Gold Coast.
I know I said there wouldn't be a slew of pictures, but at the end of the series, I have to say the pictures were indeed plenty. I hope you have enjoyed them as much as I have enjoyed documenting the trip!
